Starting now, you have the exclusive opportunity to book a relaxing massage and enjoy two hours of free access to the sauna area at the Lardonique Spa. Alternatively, you can choose to book only the sauna for 60, 120, or 180 minutes. To ensure maximum flexibility and relaxation, we offer a variety of booking options. Please note that availability cannot always be guaranteed and that cancellation policies apply to online bookings.

Do you want to improve your performance, feel healthier and fitter, or shed a few pounds? No problem! 10-Week Program
1 session per week From 0 to 5 kilometers!In this course, we will guide you with expertise and enthusiasm to get started with running. With the right technique, you’ll strengthen your muscles, improve endurance, and reduce tension and stress. Coordination and strength exercises complete the training session.

After your session, unwind and relax in our spa area.
